A typical weekend may consist of the following: (Note that the content of weekends will vary based on athletes ability, background and also the time of the year and therefore the focus of the training)

Saturday:

Time Activity
6:00 Athletes are encouraged to eat before the days first session!
6:15 Athletes arrive at the pool for stretching and camp registration
6:30 - 8:00 Swim Session, including video analysis
8:30 - 10:00 Athletes are encouraged to eat their second breakfast!
10:30 - 12:00/12:30 Bike Session
12:30 - 14:00 Athletes are encouraged to get lunch and rest
14:30 – 16:30 Swim video analysis review
17:00 - 18:00 Run Session
> 18:00 Athletes free to have dinner and relax

 

Sunday:

Time Activity
6:30 Athletes are encouraged to eat before the days first session!
6:45 Athletes arrive at the pool for stretching
7:00 – 8:30 Swim Session
9:00 - 10:00 Athletes are encouraged to eat their second breakfast!
10:45 – 12:15/12:45 Bike Session
13:15 - 14:15  Athletes are encouraged to get lunch and rest
14:45 - 16:45  Question and answer session with Bobby
17:15 - 18:15 Run Session (Athletes ready at 16:00 sharp)
18:15 Camp end
