
A typical weekend may consist of the following: (Note that the content of weekends will vary based on athletes ability, background and also the time of the year and therefore the focus of the training)
Saturday:

| 6:15 | Athletes arrive at the pool for stretching and camp registration |
| 6:30 - 8:00 | Swim Session, including video analysis |
| 8:30 - 10:00 | Athletes are encouraged to eat their second breakfast! |
| 10:30 - 12:00/12:30 | Bike Session |
| 12:30 - 14:00 | Athletes are encouraged to get lunch and rest |
| 14:30 – 16:30 | Swim video analysis review |
| 17:00 - 18:00 | Run Session |
| > 18:00 | Athletes free to have dinner and relax |
Sunday:
